There is a lot of research and information out there on the benefits of meditation so I hate to break it to you but you must start to do so. 

Without calming your mind and connecting to your higher self, you cannot accomplish anything and this I can guarantee you. Meditation will help you to relax, feel less anxious and less stressed about things that will allow you to shift your energy quicker and get massive results.
